Jesus Calms the Storm

From the artist: "Created in 1995. One of my favorite pieces, Jesus Calms the Storm was featured on the cover of US Catholic Magazine in May 2020 and used to illustrate a feature on my work titled “Christ in full color, The gospel through the eyes of artist Laura James” by John Christman. The account of Jesus calming the storm, one of his many miracles, can be found in the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 8."

From the CEO: We look for art of all types that tell wonderful stories. Laura James' depiction of Jesus calming the storm, one of the many miracles in Jesus's ministry, is a modern take on an ancient story of Jesus trying to nap but the disciples were afraid of dying so He simply made the wind and the waves behave themselves. Now if only we had that power to stop things from annoying us when we want to nap also.

This is the second piece by Laura James that we have featured in our religious art puzzle collection. We are thankful that her art is here with us at the Atlanta Puzzle Company.

Where you can find the story: Matthew 8:23-27, Mark 4:35-41, Luke 8:22-25.

  •  RETURNS/REFUNDS:

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must still be unopened. It does not matter when the item was originally purchased, but any product that has been opened or is broken is not eligible for return or exchange.

Because we do not have a physical storefront, to complete your return or exchange, you will need to ship the item to our warehouse so we can process it.

Atlanta Puzzle Company does not cover the shipping cost for items being returned or refunded. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there are mishaps with the shipping company you choose.

Once you contact us, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number must be included in the box with the item being returned or refund along with a copy of your receipt.

Please do NOT send items back without contacting us first. Just like socks in the dryer - anything sent back without us knowing in advance is more likely than not to get lost.

Without the Return Authorization Number we have no ability to track your item once it arrives in our warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
